All items are Made to Order and will be ready to ship within 14 business days. It is important to us that your items arrive safely! They will be carefully packaged with lots of love and care.

Return and replacement
We hope you are happy with the items you purchased at Ceramics By Shani Reches studio, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, there's no problem!
You can return or replace any item, as long as it is unused, no damage has been caused to it and the label is still attached. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges.
How do you return an item? Send us an email at shanire3@gmail.com with your order number, details of the item you wish to replace/return, and the reason. We will contact you within 4 business days and coordinate the replacement/return item.
Please note: the returned items must be returned in the original package within which they were shipped.
- Items can be returned within 14 business days from their delivery. If requested, we will fully refund your purchase and there will be no cancellation fees. The service is limited to one consecutive return.
- Items purchased on sale can be returned within 7 business days from their delivery. There will be no refund option for items purchased on the sale. A customer can choose to exchange the items purchased on sale to a different size or design or to receive a store credit. Clients are responsible for any exchange shipping charges. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Your refund will be transferred within 14 days after Shani Reches receives your returned item, in accordance with the guidelines provided by credit card companies. The refund will be made under the same conditions in which the original transaction was committed (if paid in instalments, the refund will also be made in instalments).
Please note:
- We allow only one order return per customer for a full refund.
- Additional order return refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
- Shipping costs are excluded from all refunds even if your order included free shipping.
